Results Guarantee
At Musicmaximise, we are committed to delivering effective Spotify promotion services. We offer a 30-day results guarantee on all campaigns. If no measurable results are achieved within 30 days from the campaign start date, you may be eligible for a refund.
“Results” are defined as a noticeable increase in at least one of the following: streams, playlist placements, or audience engagement (including saves, followers, or listener growth).
Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of the campaign start date. Your campaign must follow our recommended guidelines, including proper release setup and compliance with Spotify’s policies. You may also be required to provide access to Spotify for Artists data for verification.
Refunds will not be issued if results have been achieved, if issues arise due to incorrect information provided by the client, if the content violates Spotify guidelines, or if performance is affected by third-party interference such as artificial streams.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@musicmaximise.com with your campaign details. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and inform you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
